Aspire Nautilus Coils coils
The shared platform for the entire Nautilus family since the original version. BVC 1.6Ω and 1.8Ω coils are compatible with the older devices. The Mesh 0.3/0.7/1.0Ω coils are reserved for the Nautilus 3 and later. The Nautilus 2S 0.4Ω is not compatible with the Nautilus 2 (different airflow). Device restriction: the Zelos Nano does NOT accept the 0.3 and 0.4 ohm, only the 0.7 mesh, 0.7, 1.0, 1.6 and 1.8 ohm.

Cross-brand compatibility
Baby Beast Mega Family: 6 brands, 1 coil standard
Note: the full-size Vaporesso Cascade needs an adapter for Baby Beast coils. The Aspire Cleito 120 and SMOK TFV12 Prince have their own standard — don't confuse them.
Aspire Nautilus Family: 7 tanks, 1 BVC coil
The Nautilus X (U-Tech coil) is a SEPARATE platform — its coils don't work in standard Nautilus tanks. Check the exact model before buying.
Aspire Atlantis/Triton Family ↔ Eleaf Melo 3 ↔ DotMod Petri
An older standard — increasingly hard to find new coils in shops. Better to buy in bulk. Incompatible with the Nautilus (MTL) and Baby Beast tanks (a more recent format).
Kanger Subtank / SSOCC: legacy family still useful
Kanger has wound down its main operations. SSOCC coils are hard to find new. These tanks are not compatible with Baby Beast or Nautilus coils.
